Ingredients: 330g flour, minced streaky pork, lard, soy, sugar, gourmet powder
Recipe: mix 300g flour, 100g lard and little water well to make dough. Make a shortening with the remained flour and lard. Add soy, sugar and gourmet powder in the minced streaky pork to make a filling. Put the shortening in the dough and roll it into a rectangle. Roll out the dough into circles and place the filling in each wrapper and pinch the edges. Bake them in an oven of 200degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
