
Ingredients: 500g fresh shrimp meat, celery, carrots, starch, water chestnut powder, salt, gourmet powder, white sugar, lard, pepper
Recipe:
Clean and grain the celery and carrots. Rinse the fresh shrimp meat. Darin off water. Shred it. Mix the grained celery and carrots with shredded shrimp meat well to make a filling. Make the filling sticky.
Add boiling water to the starch and water chestnut powder to make dough. Add some lard to knead smooth and elastic dough. Make thin flat circles about 9 cm in diameter.
Make the circles in the shape of triangles and add the filling in the centers. Shape them like right cones and leave the tops open. Put a small red done starch pellet on the top of each cone. Steam in a food steamer for 5-6 minutes over high heat. Remove and serve.
